My Approach to Therapy

I am a qualified art therapist, I have many years experience of working with people of different ages and a range of problems.

At various times in life, we can feel confused and lost with overwhelming emotions. Coming to therapy, can offer a way to make sense of what is happening and to regain a more comfortable balance.
